Talcott Forge uses a credits system as the platform’s service currency. Credits provide a simple, transparent way to pay for services beyond your subscription.How Credits Work
1 credit = $1. There’s no conversion math — what you see is what you spend. Credits come from two sources:| Source | How It Works |

| Subscription Allowance | Included with your quarterly admin subscription. These credits are spent first and expire at the end of each billing period. |
| Purchased Credits | Buy credit packs from your dashboard. These credits don’t expire and are spent after your subscription allowance is used. |
Credit Packs
Purchase additional credits anytime from your dashboard. Larger packs include volume discounts:| Pack | Credits | Price | Savings |

Spending Order
When you use credits, the platform follows a specific order:- Subscription allowance credits are spent first (earliest expiring first)
- Purchased wallet credits are spent second (never expire)
Tracking Your Balance
Your credits dashboard shows:- Total balance — all available credits across allowance and wallet
- Subscription allowance — remaining credits from your current billing period
- Wallet balance — purchased credits available
- Transaction history — every credit earned, spent, and expired with timestamps
Refunds
If a service is refunded, the credits spent on that service are returned to your wallet. Credit pack purchases can be refunded in accordance with our standard refund policy.View Your Credits
