# Pricing

> Current pricing for Nexus 401(k) by Talcott Forge.

Nexus 401(k) has one current plan: a **\$5,000 one-time setup fee** and **\$500 per quarter** for ongoing administration after funding.

No payment is required until your application is approved. The setup fee is payable when you accept the Client Setup Agreement and is non-refundable. The quarterly administration fee begins after the ROBS transaction is complete and the Ongoing Services Agreement is in effect.

## Setup Fee

The one-time setup fee covers the work required to establish and fund the ROBS structure.

  Setup is a single engagement that ends when the business is funded. It does not include tax preparation, bookkeeping, payroll software, bank fees, investment advice, or separate legal/accounting projects outside the Nexus service scope.

## Ongoing Administration

After funding, the Ongoing Services Agreement covers standard ROBS administration.

## Payment Sequence

    Talcott Forge reviews the application and confirms that Nexus is appropriate for your situation.

  <Step title="Client Setup Agreement">
    After approval, you review and accept the Client Setup Agreement, which summarizes the service scope, fees, and founder responsibilities.

  <Step title="Stripe checkout">
    The non-refundable \$5,000 setup fee is paid through Stripe.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Quarterly administration after funding">
    The \$500 quarterly fee begins after the ROBS structure is funded and the Ongoing Services Agreement is in effect. Pass-through government fees, franchise taxes, and similar third-party charges are billed at cost.
